BEFORE registering online:
- Print out and sign the Medical Notarization Form (see download button)
- Give the Notarized Medical Form and Deposit to your church's camp coordinator
- Get your Church’s specific camp CODE and your Camp Coordinator’s email address ready. You will need both in order to complete your registration!
